FREESTANDING / WALL MOUNTED BRAAIS CHARCOAL / WOOD

Our Freestanding/Wall Mounted Braais are perfect for clients who do not have a brick chimney for a built-in braai and wish to avoid the expense and disruption of hiring a builder for construction and painting, as well as an electrician to install 240V power for the light and rotisserie motor.
 
These braais offer a more cost-effective installation, providing a stylish and versatile addition that enhances your home’s value and offers hours of enjoyable cooking experiences.
Installation typically takes just 2 to 4 hours, depending on your specific installation requirements. Additionally, if you move, you can easily take this braai with you.
 
COUNTER TOP FREESTANDING BRAAI
This braai can simply be placed on any non-combustible surface strong enough to carry the weight. To secure the braai to the structure, bolts can be installed through the base of the braai or alternatively through the laser cut tabs at the back of the braai. Remember to allow for any wind forces when installing in this manner. If there is a wall that the flue can be secured to, we recommend that the height of the top of the flue exceeds the wall height by about 300 mm and that the flue is secured to the wall. One u-shaped flue bracket is supplied with this unit to accommodate this.
 
If there is no brick wall that the flue can be secured to, it is recommended that a flue no longer than 1.2 m be installed on this braai and that the flue is well secured to the braai.
 
WALL MOUNTED FREESTANDING BRAAI
Supplied with two wall brackets, this unit can be easily secured by bolts to a brick wall of adequate strength and height. We recommend that the top of the flue exceeds the wall height by about 300 mm and that the flue is secured to the wall. One u-shaped flue bracket is supplied with this unit to accommodate this.
 
PEDESTAL/CABINET STORAGE FREESTANDING BRAAI
These braais are designed to be self- supporting on top of the pedestal or cupboard. We recommend that the height of the top of the flue exceeds the wall height by about 300 mm and that the flue is secured to the wall. One u-shaped flue bracket is supplied with this unit to accommodate this.
 
PAINT
These braais are often exposed to wet conditions. To cater for this, our braai bodies, pedestal and cupboard storages, wall brackets, flues, cowls and internal components are all coated in a paint that is both heat and water resistant.
